As a Senior UX Designer at this leading enterprise financial services firm, I drive UX design of a complex, innovative SaaS product within the Tax.com suite, focusing on user-centered solutions and process optimization. Collaborating closely with cross-functional teams, I guide the adoption of Dual Track Agile, and mentor emerging designers to elevate team impact. My work spans design of AI-driven features and leading ideation efforts for new applications.
America Learns
For America Learns, I designed a mobile app that volunteers use to submit their weekly invoices. The app streamlines timesheet submissions, ensures compliance with AmeriCorps regulations, and provides real-time progress tracking toward service hour goals. It also supports mobile and web access, making it easy for volunteers to stay on top of their reporting requirements. Founder Gary Kosman says, “People continue to LOVE the app!!”
Mach49 for Hitachi
I joined a Mach49 team on R&D for Hitachi to incubate a confidential project in the Electric Vehicle (EV) and Intelligent Infrastructure space. Contributing across multiple phases, my work included rapid prototyping, synthesizing user testing insights, and helping to shape feature ideas. It was a fast-paced, collaborative effort focused on the venture building process and development of innovative solutions—co-creating to address challenges in sustainability, resiliency, security, and safety.
